Cancellations and Refunds

There are no refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind, however an event credit may be available if your child is unable to attend an event.

Players can order kit (shirt and shirts) shin guards and socks online or in the Club House.

Pre Registration deposit payments for the Season cover Kit orders and are non-refundable.
Deposits are required to ensure the uniform arrives in time for the season.

For wet weather and program updates, like Magic United on Facebook.
Program information uploaded daily and special offers are promoted.

Wet Weather

For wet weather updates like The Magic Group on Facebook. We have over 500 members in the club, it’s impossible to contact every individual about important information. Whilst we will send information out now and again by email. Everything will be posted on Facebook. This will include:

  • Training times
  • Camp info
  • Wet weather
  • Changes to fixtures

We will not post fixtures for each individual team. Parents are requested to check the Football Gold Coast webpage for player upcoming fixtures.


There is no refund for change of mind.

A deposit is required to secure your place on any of our Tournaments.

Full payment is required one month prior to play with a grace period of two weeks.

Last minute changes can be invoiced on your day of arrival.

An event credit MAY be possible, please speak with our team to discuss.
